(a)The primary election paper ballots, ballot
cards, and ballot labels on an electronic voting system of each political
party must be of uniform size and of the same quality paper as the
paper ballots, ballot cards, and ballot labels used at the general
election.
(b)The primary election paper ballots and ballot cards of a political
party used in a precinct must contain the precinct number or
designation on the ballot.
(c)The paper ballots and ballot cards must be distinctively marked
or be of a different color so that the ballots of each party are easily
distinguishable.
(d)This subsection applies to all voting systems. All the candidates
representing one (1) party shall be placed on one (1) ticket with the
name of the party placed at the top or beginning of the ballot in the
