Text
(a)In those precincts where ballot card voting
systems are to be used, each county election board shall prepare and
distribute separate primary ballots for each political party participating
in a primary election at least equal in number to one hundred percent
(100%) of the number of votes cast for the candidate of the party who
received the greatest number of votes cast in the precinct at the last
general election.
(b)In those precincts where electronic voting systems are to be
used, the board shall determine the number of ballots required to be
printed and furnished to the precincts for emergency purposes only.
