§ 3-9-3-1 — Application of chapter; certain exception for political party offices

Indiana·Art. 9 CAMPAIGNS·Ch. 3 Campaign Expenses
(a)Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c), this chapter applies to candidates in all elections and caucuses and to the following types of committees:
(1)Candidate's committees.
(2)Regular party committees.
(3)Political action committees.
(4)An auxiliary party organization.
(5)A legislative caucus committee.
(b)Section 4 of this chapter does not apply to candidates for federal office.
(c)Section 2.5 of this chapter does not apply to candidates for the following:
(1)Precinct committeeman.
