Text

(a)Notwithstanding IC 23-0.5-8-2 or any other statute, a corporation or labor organization may make a contribution to aid in the:
(1)election or defeat of a candidate; or
(2)the success or defeat of:
(A)a political party; or
(B)a public question submitted to a vote in an election.
(b)Contributions by a corporation or labor organization are limited to those authorized by sections 4, 5, and 6 of this chapter.
(c)A national bank or a corporation organized by authority of any law of Congress must comply with contribution restrictions applicable to Indiana elections under 52 U.S.C. 30118. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citations: 3-4-3-3(a) part; 3-4-3-3(c).]
