§ 3-9-2-11 — Foreign nationals
A foreign national (as defined in 52 U.S.C. 30121(b)) may not make a contribution in connection with:
(1)an election;
(2)a convention;
(3)a caucus in which a candidate is selected; or
(4)a public question;
under this title.
