Text

An individual, an organization, or a committee shall include in all literature and advertisements soliciting contributions:

(1)the notice required under IC 3-9-3-2.5; and
(2)any notice required under Section 6113 of the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. 6113). [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-4-3-8.]
