§ 3-9-2-10 — Solicitation of funds; notice
An individual, an organization, or a committee shall include in all literature and advertisements soliciting contributions:
(1)the notice required under IC 3-9-3-2.5; and
(2)any notice required under Section 6113 of the Internal
Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. 6113).
