Text

If a candidate fails to file the instrument required by section 5 or 5.5 of this chapter, the candidate's principal committee is designated as "the ____________(insert the name of the candidate) for _________ (insert the title of the office sought by the candidate) committee". The candidate is then both chairman and treasurer of the committee. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-4-2-4(b).]
