Text

All money or other property collected or received by a committee or by a member of it for a political purpose shall be paid over to and made to pass through the hands of the treasurer of the committee. Similarly, all money or other property must be disbursed by the treasurer. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-4-2-17.]
