Text
A treasurer of a committee:
(1)must be a United States citizen;
(2)may not be the chairman of a committee except in the case of
a candidate under section 7 of this chapter;
(3)must be appointed treasurer in writing as required by section
14 of this chapter; and
(4)must file the written instrument of appointment as required by
section 15 of this chapter.
