Text

(a)Not later than noon ten (10) days after the certification of the canvass performed by the election division under IC 3-10-1-34, the secretary of state shall furnish to the state chairman of each major political party of the state a list, certified under the secretary's hand and seal.
(b)The list described in subsection (a) must:
(1)contain the names of all candidates shown to be nominated by the canvass of the election division conducted under IC 3-10-1-34; and
(2)include the address of each candidate.
(c)No other form of certification of nomination for office is necessary for an individual included on the list described by this section. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-9-17(i) part.]
