§ 3-8-7-4 — Person nominated within county or municipality; exemption from certification

A person nominated at a primary election held under this title within a county or a municipality does not have to be certified as a candidate to any election board. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-9-17(h) part.]
