(a)This section does not apply to the certification of nominees under IC 3-10-4-5.
(b)A certificate of nomination required to be filed with the election division or circuit court clerk shall be filed not later than noon July 15 before the date fixed for the election of the person nominated. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-11-5(a).]
