Text

A certificate of nomination for an office to be elected by the electorate of the whole state shall be filed with the election division. A certificate of nomination for any other elected office shall be filed with the person with whom a declaration of candidacy shall be filed. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-11-1(l) part.]
