§ 3-8-7-12 — Place to file certificates
A certificate of nomination for an office to be
elected by the electorate of the whole state shall be filed with the
election division. A certificate of nomination for any other elected
office shall be filed with the person with whom a declaration of
candidacy shall be filed.
