Text

Each petitioner on a petition of nomination must, in conformity with section 6 of this chapter:

(1)sign the petitioner's name;
(2)have the petitioner's mark attested; or
(3)authorize an individual to sign on behalf of the petitioner with a disability. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-11-2.]
