5.
(a)A candidate's nomination by petition
under this chapter is not effective unless the candidate timely files each
document required under sections 10 and 12 of this chapter.
(b)The county election board may not include on a ballot the name
of a candidate whose nomination is ineffective under subsection (a).
(c)The election division may not certify the name of a candidate for
placement on a ballot by a county election board if the candidate's
nomination is ineffective under subsection (a).
