§ 3-8-6-1 — Application of chapter
(a)This chapter applies to a candidate for
nomination to an elected office who:
(1)is an independent candidate; or
(2)represents a political party not qualified to nominate
candidates in a primary or by convention.
(b)This chapter does not apply to a candidate for a school board
office.
