Text

A certificate of nomination executed under section 13 of this chapter must be signed before a person authorized to administer oaths and certify the following information:

(1)The name of the party, the town where the convention was held, the date of the convention, and the date of the town election.
(2)The title of the party that the candidates represent and the device by which the candidates may be designated on the ballots (a symbol to designate the party).
(3)The signature and residence address of the presiding officer and secretary of the convention. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-7.5-4(d) part.]
