§ 3-8-4-8 — Voting technique; noncontested offices

Candidates shall be nominated or elected at a state convention by using ballot card systems or electronic voting systems. However, if there is no contest for an office, the nomination or election may be by motion and acclamation. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-10-3 part.]
