Text
A declaration of candidacy for:
(1)a federal office;
(2)a state office;
(3)a legislative office; or
(4)the local office of:
(A)judge of a circuit, superior, probate, or small claims court;
or
(B)prosecuting attorney of a judicial circuit;
shall be filed with the secretary of state.
