§ 3-8-2-3 — Precinct committeeman or delegate to state convention; necessity of declaration of candidacy

Indiana·Art. 8 CANDIDATES·Ch. 2 Declaration of Candidacy for Federal, State, Legislative,

A person who desires to be elected either or both of the following at a primary election shall file a declaration of candidacy:

(1)Precinct committeeman.
