§ 3-8-1-6 — President; Vice President; presidential elector; alternate presidential elector
(a)A candidate for the office of President or Vice
President of the United States must have the qualifications provided in
Article 2, Section 1, clause 4 of the Constitution of the United States.
(b)A candidate for the office of presidential elector or alternate
presidential elector must have the qualifications provided in Article 2,
Section 1, clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States and Section
3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United
States.
