Text

A candidate for the office of judge of a circuit court must:

(1)reside in the circuit; and
(2)be admitted to the practice of law in the state; upon taking office, as provided in Article 7, Section 7 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: Ind. Const. Art. 7, § 7 part.]
