Text

A nominee for appointment as the judge of the tax court must:

(1)have resided in Indiana for at least two (2) years before the election; and
(2)have been admitted to the practice of law in Indiana for at least five (5) years upon nomination. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 33-3-5-4.]
