Text
If a voter casts a ballot under section 5 of this
chapter, the inspector of the precinct shall immediately contact the
circuit court clerk or board of registration of the county. The clerk or
board shall promptly contact the precinct election board of any precinct
in which the voter's name is incorrectly shown on the rolls, and order
the precinct election board to remove the name of the voter from the
registration record of that precinct.
