Text
(a)This section applies only to a person who
has:
(1)moved from Indiana to another state; and
(2)executed an affidavit under IC 3-10-10.
(b)Execution by a person of the affidavit under IC 3-10-10
constitutes authorization by the person to cancel the person's
registration in the county of the person's former residence.
