Text
(a)This section applies only to a person who
has:
(1)moved from the county where the person is registered to
another county in Indiana; and
(2)executed an affidavit under IC 3-10-11.
(b)Execution by a person of the affidavit constitutes authorization
by the person to cancel the person's registration in the county of the
person's former residence.
(c)The circuit court clerk or the board of registration of the county
of the person's former residence shall mail the original affidavit of
registration and the affidavit executed under IC 3-10-11 within thirty
(30)days after the beginning of the next registration period to the clerk
or board in the county in which the person currently resides, as shown
by the affidavit.
(d)Upon receiving the affidavits sent under subsection (c), the clerk
