§ 3-7-39-8 — Change of address to different precinct in same county
(a)This section applies to a voter who changes
residence from a precinct in a county to another precinct in the same
county.
(b)As required under 52 U.S.C. 20507(f), the county voter
registration office:
(1)shall correct the address shown on the voter registration
records for a voter subject to this section; and
(2)may not remove the voter from the voter registration records
due to a change of address, except as provided in this title.
(c)A voter described in this section, who is otherwise eligible to
vote, may vote as provided in IC 3-10-11 or IC 3-10-12.
