§ 3-7-39-1 — Duty of voter to transfer registration

Indiana·Art. 7 VOTER REGISTRATION·Ch. 39 Address Changes by Voter on Registration Records
A voter who changes residence shall transfer the voter's registration to the address where the voter currently resides by sending a transfer of registration on a prescribed form to the circuit court clerk or board of registration.
