Text

1.During each odd-numbered year, the NVRA official shall conduct a residency confirmation and outreach procedure under this chapter. The NVRA official (or a contractor acting on behalf of the NVRA official) shall send a nonforwardable mailing by U.S. mail, postage prepaid, to each active voter (as defined in IC 3-11-18.1-2) in Indiana at the voter's mailing address.
