Text
(a)If the election division receives an
application for registration from an absent uniformed services voter or
an overseas voter under this chapter, the election division shall
promptly forward the application to the county voter registration office
of the county where the applicant resides according to the address on
the application.
(b)If the application is a combined application for voter registration
and an application for an absentee ballot, the election division shall
promptly forward the application to the county voter registration office.
