§ 3-7-36-4 — Person designated to sign

Indiana·Art. 7 VOTER REGISTRATION·Ch. 36 Special Registration Procedures for Military Voters and
If the voter is unable to sign or mark the registration form due to disability, any person designated by the voter may sign the voter's name on the form in the presence of the voter.
