Indiana Statutes
§ 3-7-32-4 — Submission by fax or electronic transmission
A voter may not submit a registration application by fax or an electronic transmission except:
(1)a voter who is an absent uniformed services voter or overseas
voter submitting a registration application on the combined
absentee registration form and absentee ballot request approved
under 52 U.S.C. 20301(b);
(2)as provided in IC 3-7-26.3; or
(3)as provided in IC 3-7-26.7.
