Text

(a)A form used to apply for registration at a license branch must comply with 52 U.S.C. 20504(c)(2) and 52 U.S.C. 20504(d).
(b)A form used to apply for registration at:
(1)a public assistance agency designated under IC 3-7-15;
(2)an agency serving persons with disabilities designated under IC 3-7-16;
(3)an additional office designated under IC 3-7-18 or IC 3-7-19; or
(4)an office of the department of employment and training services designated under IC 3-7-20.5; must comply with 52 U.S.C. 20506(a)(6).
