§ 3-7-30-3 — Driver's license applicant

Indiana·Art. 7 VOTER REGISTRATION·Ch. 30 Voter Registration Record Confidentiality
A person shall not use information relating to the failure of an applicant for a driver's license to apply for voter registration for any purpose other than voter registration, as required under 52 U.S.C. 20504(b).
