Text
The circuit court clerk or board of registration shall send a list of voters who are mailed voter list maintenance notices under this article to the following upon request:
(1)The county chairmen of the major political parties of the
county.
(2)The chairman of the following:
(A)A bona fide political party of the county.
(B)An independent candidate's committee, if the independent
candidate is on the ballot for the next election to be conducted
in the county.
