Text
(a)Each county voter registration office shall
send a list of the deceased persons whose registrations have been
canceled to the following upon request:
(1)The county chairman of each major political party of the
county.
(2)The chairman of the following:
(A)A bona fide political party of the county.
(B)An independent candidate's committee, if the candidate is
on the ballot for the next election to be conducted in the county.
(b)A request filed under this section may state that the list is to
include only cancellations made by the county voter registration office
within a period specified in the request.
