(a)As required under 52 U.S.C. 20507(i), a county voter registration office shall retain records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of the voter registration list. These records include the following:
(1)Lists of names and addresses of voters who were sent notices under the voter list maintenance program.
(2)Information concerning whether a voter has responded to a notice described by subdivision (1) as of the date the inspection of the record is made.
