1.
(a)The county voter registration office is
not required to maintain duplicate paper copies of original
registrations.
(b)Notwithstanding IC 5-15, a county voter registration office may
dispose of duplicate paper copies of original registrations made before
January 1, 2006, by destroying the duplicate paper copies.
