Text
(a)This section applies to the following:
(1)A registered voter requesting information about the registered
voter.
(2)The chief justice of the supreme court who receives a
complete compilation of voter registration information for the
purpose described in section 6 of this chapter.
(b)The election division may not a charge a fee to a person who
receives a compilation under this section.
