Text
The form described by section 9 of this chapter must state that the person receiving a compilation of information under this chapter may not:
(1)use the compilation to solicit for the sale of merchandise,
goods, services, or subscriptions; or
(2)sell, loan, give away, or otherwise deliver the information
obtained by the request to any other person (as defined in IC 5-14-3-2);
for a purpose other than political activities or political fundraising
activities.
