(a)This section applies when a voter
transfers the voter's registration from one (1) Indiana county to another
Indiana county after an election but before the county voter registration
official adds to the voter's registration record the information that the
voter voted in an election under IC 3-10-1-31.2.
(b)The computerized list must allow the county voter registration
official of the county where the voter voted in the election immediately
before the voter transferred the voter's registration to the other Indiana
county to add to the voter's registration record that the voter voted in
the election even if the voter's registration is canceled in the county.
