Text
As required under 52 U.S.C. 21083, the
election division and each county voter registration office shall perform
the list maintenance required under NVRA to ensure that inactive
voters described in section 11(3) of this chapter and 52 U.S.C.
20507(d)(1)(B) are removed from the official list of eligible voters.
