Text

(a)As provided in 52 U.S.C. 20505, the NVRA official shall make registration by mail forms available for distribution, with particular emphasis on organized voter registration programs.
(b)The NVRA official complies with subsection (a) by ensuring that a downloadable version of the current registration by mail form is published on the election division website.
