Text

As provided in 52 U.S.C. 20505(a)(2) and 52 U.S.C. 21083, a county voter registration office shall accept and use a mail voter registration form prescribed by the election division that complies with 52 U.S.C. 20508(b)(2), 52 U.S.C. 21083, and this article.
