§ 3-7-22-2 — Use of form prescribed by federal Election Assistance Commission

Indiana·Art. 7 VOTER REGISTRATION·Ch. 22 Mail Registration
As provided in 52 U.S.C. 20505(a)(1) and 52 U.S.C. 21083, a county voter registration office shall accept and use the mail voter registration form prescribed by the federal Election Assistance Commission under 52 U.S.C. 20508(a)(2).
