Text

(a)For the purposes of this chapter, the officer, board, entity, or agency that has the authority to enter into an agreement with the county election board is the "governing body" under IC 3-7-18.
(b)A county election board, by unanimous vote of its entire membership, may enter into an agreement to designate an office located within the county as a voter registration agency.
