Text
For purposes of this chapter, the following persons shall act as a "governing body" under IC 3-7-18:
(1)The executive director of the department of employment and
training services.
(2)The superintendent of state police.
(3)The sheriff of a county.
(4)The chief of police or comparable law enforcement officer for
a municipal law enforcement agency.
