Text
(a)The NVRA official shall provide the
governing body of an agency designated under this chapter with a list
of the current addresses and telephone numbers of the offices of the
circuit court clerk or board of registration in each county. The
governing body shall promptly forward the list (and each revision of
the list) to each agency office where services are provided.
(b)The NVRA official shall provide the governing body with
pre-addressed packets for agency offices to transmit applications under
section 21(1) or 21(2) of this chapter.
