As provided in 52 U.S.C. 20506(a)(4)(A)(ii)
and 52 U.S.C. 20506(a)(6)(C), an office designated under this chapter
must offer the same degree of assistance in helping an applicant
complete a voter registration form as the applicant receives from the
agency in completing forms for assistance or services, unless the
individual refuses assistance in completing the voter registration form.
