(a)This section does not apply to voter
registration required under section 10 of this chapter.
(b)To register under this chapter, an individual must do the
following while on the premises of the office:
(1)Complete the voter registration application prescribed under
section 11 of this chapter.
(2)Present the application to an employee of the office.
